Boomerang Partners concludes the third season of the Golden Boomerang Awards

The third season of the Golden Boomerang Awards, Boomerang Partners’ annual affiliate traffic tournament, concluded on August 31. The five-month tournament saw participating teams go head-to-head for exclusive sports-themed prizes and industry-wide recognition.
The longest season yet
The third season became the longest in Golden Boomerang Awards history. Running from April 1 to August 31, the tournament followed a sports-inspired format and was divided into three stages: 1st Half (April 1 – June 9), 2nd Half (June 10 – July 19), and Overtime (July 20 – August 31).
Each stage had its own exclusive prizes, while all points earned by participants were added to the overall leaderboard. This format allowed affiliate teams to build their positions throughout the season, with every stage contributing to the final results. Additional tournament mechanics gave participants more opportunities to earn points and improve their positions in the leaderboard.
A tournament built around sports experiences
Throughout the third season, Golden Boomerang Awards participants competed not only for leaderboard positions but also for exclusive sports-themed prizes. The tournament’s sports focus was reflected in the prize pool, which included experiences linked to some of the world’s biggest sporting events.
The Kickoff stage winner received a Wimbledon experience, while participants also had the chance to win Mystery Boxes featuring limited-edition FIFA World Cup 2026 jerseys. The Second Half stage offered another exclusive prize – a visit to the Formula 1 Grand Prix. This stage Mystery Boxes featured the FIFA World Cup Historical Mini Ball Set.
The final Overtime stage featured the season’s main prize: a private dinner with a sports legend.
Top 30: the season’s strongest performers
The final Top 30 of the Golden Boomerang Awards 2026 includes the teams with the highest number of points accumulated across all three stages.
Securing a place in the Top 30 means becoming a finalist of the third season and receiving recognition for consistent performance throughout the five-month tournament.
11 award categories for the finalists
The Top 30 finalists of the Golden Boomerang Awards 2026 will compete across 11 award categories. The categories span different areas of affiliate performance and highlight participants’ achievements throughout the tournament.
The winners will be announced on the official Boomerang Partners’ website. The company will contact them directly.
