A Night of Industry Triumphs: Golden Boomerang Awards 2025 at San Siro

The world of affiliate marketing reached new heights on May 20th as Boomerang Partners hosted the Golden Boomerang Awards 2025 at Milan’s iconic San Siro stadium. This year’s event not only celebrated innovation and partnership but also left a tangible mark on the community—through record-breaking participation, inspirational moments, and charitable initiatives.

The ceremony was highlighted by the presence of football legend Andrea Pirlo, who served as the guest of honor and brought an undeniable star quality to the evening. Pirlo didn’t just present the most prestigious trophies—he inspired attendees by emphasizing the value of dedication and innovation in the industry, stating:

This year, more than 400 teams competed across eleven distinct categories, reflecting not only the rapid global expansion of Boomerang’s partner network—which has grown over 120% in the last year—but also the dynamic evolution of affiliate marketing itself.
Kajino Media emerged as the top performer, capturing the Grand Prix after prevailing in the fiercely competitive sports ranking.
For their CEO, this win represented a significant milestone:

The evening’s agenda offered much more than award presentations. A defining feature of this year’s event was the charity auction, co-hosted by Andrea Pirlo. The auction raised €8,000 for Fondazione Milan, supporting underprivileged and differently-abled children with access to quality sports opportunities.

“With the funds raised, 27 children will have the chance to engage in sports in a safe, nurturing environment next season. This partnership between Boomerang and our foundation is truly life-changing for them.”

This year, Boomerang Partners put a spotlight on sports traffic by introducing a new ranking for affiliate teams specializing in this rapidly advancing vertical. The segment’s growth is powered by new technologies—AI, data-driven tools, and tailored player engagement—ensuring that the industry remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.
